Colony Wars ("the game") is an independent game made by Shelley After Dark. This policy explains what information the game uses and why.
1. Signing in with Epic Games
The game uses Epic Online Services. When you sign in with your Epic Games account, Epic shares the following with the game, with your consent:
- your Epic account ID and display name (to show your name in matches and on the scoreboard),
- your online presence (to show friends that you are playing),
- your friends list (to let you find and join friends' matches).

2. Playing online
To connect players in a match, the game and Epic Online Services exchange network information such as your IP address. This is used only to run the match.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not show ads or use advertising trackers.
- We do not collect payment information.
4. Information stored on your PC
The game saves your settings (graphics, controls, match preferences) and log files on your own computer. They are not sent to us.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13.
6. Deleting your data
You can remove the game's access to your Epic account at any time from your Epic Games account settings (Apps and Accounts). To ask about your data, contact us at the address below.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
